What this is (and isn't)

A personal scheduling page. Not a business. Nothing for sale. I can accept, move, or cancel any session; if I do, you get a text. I can also limit booking to people I know.

Booking

• Use your real name and your own mobile number. It gets verified with a one-time code first.
• One person per booking. Don't book for someone else without their okay.
• Plans change? Use your private link so the time frees up.
• First come, first served. You're held once the confirmation screen says so.

Your private link

Your confirmation text has a private link for calendar stuff, rescheduling, and cancelling. Anyone with the link can do those things, so treat it like a password — don't post it. It stops working after your details are erased (see how long I keep it).

Text messages (SMS program terms)

• Program: kylemarten.info booking texts, sent by Kyle Marten.
• What you get: a one-time verification code; a booking confirmation with your private link; reminders before the session (about 24 hours and 30 minutes before); and a message if the session is rescheduled or cancelled.
• How you opt in: by entering your mobile number on the booking form at kylemarten.info and tapping “Text me a code”. The consent notice sits right under the number field. Nothing is for sale here, so consent is not tied to a purchase — it's just how your booking gets confirmed.
• Frequency: depends on your bookings — typically three to five messages per booking, and none when you have nothing scheduled. No recurring or promo texts.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Check your plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT also work). You'll get one confirmation text and nothing further. An existing booking stays unless you cancel it with your link. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP, or email hello@kylemarten.info.
• Carriers: US and Canadian mobile numbers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: your mobile number and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.

Be cool

• No bots, scripts, or spam against the form or API.
• No poking at security without asking. If you find something, follow security.txt — thank you.
• No harassment, impersonation, or booking times you won't keep.

I can cancel bookings and block numbers that break these rules.

No promises

The site is as-is. It might be down, a text might be late, life happens and I might be late or cancel. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses from using the site or from a session that didn't go as planned.

Changes

If these change, the date up top changes. Booking after that means you're okay with the new ones.
